How do I leave a review for the product I bought?

Your feedback is important as it helps us understand if the product has met your expectations and assists other customers in their decision-making process.

If you have already received the product you ordered, you can share your review directly on the product page or by using the link provided in the email we sent you after dispatching the product.

Product reviews at Be Lenka are subject to the Business Terms and Conditions. All reviews are verified and moderated before publication and will be published gradually. /Internal rule - 3 working days for moderation./

How to review the product?

  • Use the star rating to show your satisfaction with the product.
  • Describe the product's features, materials, or composition.
  • Evaluate the product's size in relation to your feet and type of figure.
  • Briefly explain how well the product functions for its intended use.
  • Only rate products that you have purchased and tried from our E-shop.

The review will not be published if it:

  • Contains product reviews that do not apply to that specific product
  • Includes reviews of shipping, services, and customer service
  • Contains personal data and links to third parties
  • Includes illegal information or content contrary to good morals
  • Its meaning is not sufficiently clear

How can I change my order?

Should you need to change anything in your current order, please contact us via e-mail on info@belenka.com.

The subject of your e-mail should be: “Change in the order number….”

After your order has been dispatched, no further changes can be made to your order.

Should you need to make any amendments contact us ASAP before your order is shipped.

I accidentally placed the same order twice, what should I do next?

In case of the duplicity of your order, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail info@belenka.com. We will cancel one of these orders for you.

The subject of this e-mail should be: “Cancellation of the order number….”

Cancellation can only be made before your order is shipped so please contact us ASAP.
